Women teams to be included in FIFA 16

Now for many out there we are known to saying that the FIFA series, like many other sport series out there, is just an annual title that seems like the last title just with a new cover on it, which sometimes we can be right, but this year it seems that EA are going to be taking a bigger step forward by introducing Women international teams.

Now for those who don’t follow the FIFA series, this will be the first time that not only will FIFA, but any football simulation games will allow the player to play as a female team making a huge breakthrough in a very male dominated game, with women’s football not long been covered as much as it has been in sports news sites and channels.

At the moment only 11 international teams will be included in FIFA 16 with the teams, along with England being  Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, and the United States of America. With this being a strong start in what is one of the biggest changes to the series since the release of Ultimate Team back in FIFA 09, we hope to see more international and league teams be introduced in future adaptations of the game, maybe even an Ultimate team mode?
